Wellness is a private, invite-only training app run by one person. This page says what it keeps about you, why, who can see it, and how to have it deleted.
What is stored
- Your account: name, email, a hashed password (never the password itself), and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account id.
- Your training: your profile and goals, the sessions and sets you log, and body measurements you enter.
- Groups: the groups you join, your attendance, your posts and reactions, a group picture if you set one, and, in a coached group, videos you upload for your coach. Those videos are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Cookies: one to keep you signed in, one for your language, and a short-lived one during Google sign-in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
- Notifications, if you turn them on: each device's notification token and time zone, your choices, and which reminders were sent.
How it is used
Only to run the app for you: build your week, record your progress, and show your group what you choose to share. Nothing is sold, used for advertising, or shared with anyone else.
Who else processes it
- Google, only when you choose to sign in with Google: it tells the app your name, email and Google account id.
- An AI provider for the coach chat (during setup and the in-app coach): the messages you type there, with the training details the coach looks up to answer (your goal, your sessions, your logged sets for the exercise you ask about), are sent to it to write the replies.
- An AI provider that reads images, only when you choose to read an InBody report from photos: those photos are sent to it to read the numbers. They are not stored by the app; only the numbers you save are.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, only if you turn notifications on: it receives your device's notification token and the text of each notification, to deliver it.
- The server the app runs on, which stores everything above.
Who can see it
You. Members of your groups see your name and what you post there, and your progress only if you turn sharing on. A coach sees the videos you send them. The app's administrator can see accounts in order to run the app.
Deleting your data
Ask at eng.abdoehab@gmail.com and your account is deleted with everything linked to it. You can remove your own posts and videos in the app at any time.

Wellness تطبيق تمرين خاص، بالدعوة بس، وبيديره شخص واحد. الصفحة دي بتقول التطبيق بيحتفظ بإيه عنك، وليه، ومين يقدر يشوفه، وإزاي تطلب مسحه.
بنحتفظ بإيه
- حسابك: الاسم، والإيميل، وكلمة السر متشفّرة (مش كلمة السر نفسها)، ولو دخلت بجوجل، رقم حسابك في جوجل.
- تمرينك: بياناتك وهدفك، والحصص والمجموعات اللي بتسجّلها، والقياسات اللي بتكتبها.
- المجموعات: المجموعات اللي إنت فيها، وحضورك، ومشاركاتك وتفاعلاتك، وصورة المجموعة لو حطيت صورة، ولو المجموعة فيها مدرب، الفيديوهات اللي بتبعتها له. الفيديوهات دي بتتمسح لوحدها بعد ٣٠ يوم.
- الكوكيز: واحدة علشان تفضل داخل، وواحدة للغة، وواحدة قصيرة وقت الدخول بجوجل. مفيش كوكيز إعلانات ولا تتبّع.
- الإشعارات، لو فعّلتها: رمز الإشعارات والتوقيت بتوع كل جهاز، واختياراتك، وأنهي تذكيرات اتبعتت.
بنستخدمه في إيه
علشان التطبيق يشتغل لك بس: يرتّب أسبوعك، ويسجّل تقدّمك، ويوري مجموعتك اللي إنت اخترت تشاركه. مش بنبيع أي حاجة، ومش بنستخدمها في إعلانات، ومش بنديها لحد.
مين تاني بيتعامل معاه
- جوجل، بس لو إنت اخترت تدخل بجوجل: بيبعت للتطبيق اسمك وإيميلك ورقم حسابك في جوجل.
- خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي لشات المدرب (وقت الإعداد وجوه التطبيق): الرسايل اللي بتكتبها، ومعاها بيانات تمرينك اللي المدرب بيدوّر عليها علشان يرد (هدفك، حصصك، مجموعاتك في التمرين اللي بتسأل عنه)، بتتبعت لها علشان تكتب الرد.
- خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي بتقرا الصور، بس لو اخترت تقرا تقرير InBody من صورة: الصور بتتبعت لها علشان تقرا الأرقام. التطبيق مش بيحتفظ بالصور، بيحتفظ بس بالأرقام اللي إنت بتسجّلها.
- خدمة إشعارات جوجل (Firebase Cloud Messaging)، بس لو فعّلت الإشعارات: بتاخد رمز الإشعارات بتاع جهازك ونص كل إشعار علشان توصّله.
- السيرفر اللي التطبيق شغال عليه، وهو اللي بيخزّن كل اللي فوق.
مين يقدر يشوفه
إنت. أعضاء مجموعاتك بيشوفوا اسمك واللي بتنشره فيها، وتقدّمك بس لو إنت فعّلت المشاركة. المدرب بيشوف الفيديوهات اللي بتبعتها له. ومدير التطبيق يقدر يشوف الحسابات علشان يشغّل التطبيق.
